Three mentions in the Gold section of the “National Awards of Ephemeral Architecture Emporia 2021

The United Nations architecture awards have just been published. Emporia 2021″ and we are happy and thankful to receive these three mentions in the gold selection to the following projects carried out during the year 2021.


“Idols: Millenary glances”.
– For best installation of a temporary and itinerant ephemeral exhibition – for the Museo Arqueológico de Alicante (Marq) in Alicante, Spain. With tours at the MAR Museo Arqueológico Regional, Madrid, Spain and Museo Arqueológico Nacional, Lisbon, Portugal.


“Museum of place, El Fondó de Monòver”.
– To the best assembly of a non-traveling ephemeral exhibition – for the City Council of Monóvar in El Fondó de Monòver, Spain.

Creacción Yecla ” – To the best anti-Covid ephemeral intervention, for the design of the first Festival of Art and Ephemeral Architecture of Yecla “Creacción Yecla 2021”, in Murcia, Spain. Event designed by Estudio Rocamora Diseño y Arquitectura de Elche, being the promoter of the event the City Council of Yecla and Espacio Joven, with the cultural management by Instituto 42.

These recognitions reward all the effort made during 2020, which was a new stopping point and momentum: an important change for us.

Within the framework of COVID-19, on March 16 (the day we were confined nationwide), the company literally added 5 more people to the team. Half a year later, we have maintained the usual staff and we have consolidated those who joined us, increasing to ten people with a constant rhythm of work and project development, and facing the situation as a unit, with faith that all this was going to happen, and relying on the work we had on the table at that moment, without looking anywhere else but the fixation of moving forward…

From 2014 to 2020 the following recognitions have been received in these National Awards of Ephemeral Architecture EMPORIA to different projects of the studio such as:
