We are delighted to share that we have been awarded the Veredictas EMPORIA ORO 2023 for “THE LEGACY OF THE QIN AND HAN DYNASTICS, THE WARRIORS OF XI’AN”, recognized as the best installation of a non-traveling ephemeral exhibition.
These awards, the National Award for Ephemeral Architecture, recognize the excellence of works in the field of ephemeral architecture and ephemeral interior design. Works applied in museums, exhibitions, fairs, membership meetings, points of sale, festivals, sporting events, conceptual and experimental architecture, always with a common denominator; that the architectural work is ephemeral.
This international museum project at the MARQ in Alicante gave us the unique opportunity to work with the impressive collection of the mausoleum of the emperor Qin Shi Huang and his terracotta army, the most important site in the world. Each piece deserved an exceptional museography, and we have dedicated our effort and illusion to present them in an unprecedented scenography.
This project is not only an exhibition, but a commitment to the preservation of cultural identity and education about history.
And that’s not all! We have also been selected for the “EMPORIA 2023 SELECTION” for “MIGUEL HERNANDEZ, THE POET WHO MADE TOYS”.
This special project is based on the poet’s last writings before his death, giving life to an allegorical scenography of freedom, inspired by the verses and stories that escaped from the prison in Alicante. These stories came down to us in a tin milkmaid that crossed the walls that enclosed the poet, but not his spirit. We have shared all these emotions through a unique museography in the Anteroom of the María Moliner Reading Room at the National Library of Spain.
We want to thank you all for your support in these projects that mean so much to us!
