San Fulgencio: Open House Day

On the occasion of International Museum Day, we inaugurated new museography in the Archaeological Museum of San Fulgencio. The Museum has organized an open day on May 18 where you can discover, through the new exhibition we have designed in the studio, the history of the town.

The Archaeological Museum, a historic building of the town, hosts the enhancement of the history of archeology of San Fulgencio, 100 years of excavations and research to reveal the unknowns of three of the most important Iberian sites of the southeast peninsular.

History, science and method are intertwined in each piece. In it you can find from spectacular objects to stored funds, never exposed until now, which tell us about their characteristics and tell us about the past of this territory. In addition, the exhibition features a set of pieces of an extraordinary find, never before seen in a public exhibition.
