NEW ITINERANCY EXHIBITION DESIGN “SPICES. THE UNIVERSE OF FLAVOR” TO IBI

The Biodiversity Museum of Ibi is hosting from today the exhibition entitled

“Spices. The Universe of Flavor – Espècies. The Universe of Taste”.organized

by the Carmencita Chair of Gastronomic Flavor Studies of the University of Alicante.

“Spices: the Universe of Flavor” curated by Professor Josep Bernabeu, along with
journalist and gastronomic writer Ángeles Ruiz, has toured the country for the first time.

Tourism CDT Marina Alta- Dénia, The City of Alicante University Campus, and
the Library and House of Culture of Guardamar del Segura.
The exhibition has benefited from the scientific advice of the CIBIO and the Estación
Biological and Botanical Garden of Les Torretes.
The exhibition, with free admission, can be visited at the Biodiversity Museum of Ibi.
2021 in the Plaza Nicolás Payá Jover nº 2 in Ibi, until October 17, during the hours of
Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sundays and holidays from
11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
