Very excited to share this new completed project!
We designed the first digital OMAC in the neighborhood of San Antón, Elche, as a pilot project to modernize some offices and transform their operation. With about 200m2, this office is integrated in a ground floor of a multi-family building in a residential area in expansion. And the best of all is its design!
The main function of this office is to facilitate access to electronic services for citizens and to bridge the digital divide. And our architecture is here to help! We create a permeable space with the square thanks to the large glass panels, but at the same time we achieve a certain privacy with graphics and vinyls.
The plaza gains space to create a sheltered public space under the roof of the building, which facilitates access to the office. And inside, you will find a diaphanous room that covers the different needs of the office, from the waiting area, the reception to the office area itself with 16 personalized attention stations.
In addition, the more private uses such as storage, toilets or the office area are left in the background, behind the wood paneling and light boxes in the main area. A real design marvel for a modern and functional office!
